Important Notice: By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by phsuper at phsuper.vip, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the phsuper platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and phsuper ("the Operator").
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between the Player and phsuper with respect to the use of the platform located at phsuper.vip and all associated services, features, games, and promotional offers. By completing the account registration process, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the phsuper platform, the Player confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.
phsuper reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phsuper will notify registered Players via their registered contact information and/or display a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the phsuper platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions, tournaments, or special events offered by phsuper from time to time. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary rules expressly state otherwise.
21+ Age Requirement: In accordance with Philippine law and the regulatory requirements of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the minimum age to register and use any real-money gaming service on phsuper is 21 years of age. Registration by individuals below this age is strictly prohibited. phsuper actively verifies player ages and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
To be eligible to open and maintain a phsuper account, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:
phsuper reserves the right to decline account registration applications or suspend existing accounts without providing reasons where eligibility requirements are not demonstrably met or where the Operator has reasonable grounds to question eligibility. If a Player is found to have misrepresented their age at the time of registration, phsuper will close the account immediately, void all gameplay conducted during the period of misrepresentation, and return deposits made via the original payment method after deducting any administrative costs associated with the investigation.
Each individual Player is permitted to maintain only one active phsuper account at any given time. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phsuper employs technical and manual detection mechanisms to identify multi-accounting, including device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment method matching, and identity document comparison.
Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued Philippine identification document; date of birth; registered Philippine mobile number; and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their phsuper login credentials, including their username and password. phsuper strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication. The Player must notify phsuper immediately if they suspect unauthorized access to their account. phsuper will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
phsuper accounts for Philippine-registered Players operate in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). All displayed balances, transaction records, deposit confirmations, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in PHP unless explicitly stated otherwise in connection with a specific promotional offer.
PAGCOR regulations require phsuper to implement a rigorous Know Your Customer process for all registered Players. KYC verification is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal request, regardless of amount. phsuper may also initiate KYC verification at any point during a Player's account lifecycle where there is a regulatory or risk-management basis to do so.
Documents that phsuper may request as part of the KYC process include, but are not limited to:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by phsuper's compliance team will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing. Accounts where KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily completed may be subject to permanent closure, with deposits returned subject to applicable anti-money laundering requirements.
phsuper accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of transaction. Accepted methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online Transfer, BDO Transfer, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless a specific minimum is stated in connection with a promotional offer. phsuper does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
Deposits are credited to the Player's phsuper account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes during business hours. phsuper is not liable for delays caused by the Player's payment provider, banking institution, or GCash/Maya infrastructure issues.
Withdrawal requests are processed by phsuper subject to the Player having completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible — this is an anti-money laundering requirement. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests submitted before phsuper's daily processing cutoff are typically processed within the same business day. GCash withdrawals are generally credited within five minutes of processing.
Fund Segregation: In accordance with PAGCOR requirements, phsuper maintains Player funds in accounts that are segregated from the Operator's operational funds. This means that Player balances are protected and cannot be used to cover phsuper's business expenses.
phsuper is not responsible for transaction failures, delays, or errors arising from incorrect account details provided by the Player, technical issues at the Player's bank or e-wallet provider, or network outages outside phsuper's control. Players who believe a deposit has not been credited correctly must contact phsuper support with the transaction reference number and proof of payment within 48 hours of the transaction.
phsuper may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional offers to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of conflict between these Terms and promotional-specific terms, the promotional-specific terms shall govern the bonus in question.
Unless explicitly stated as a "no wagering" offer, all bonus amounts credited to a Player's phsuper account are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Players are responsible for reviewing wagering requirements before opting in to any bonus offer.
phsuper reserves the right to void bonuses, associated winnings, and/or close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; participating in promotions using methods designed to exploit house edge differentials across game types; coordinating with other Players to manipulate promotional outcomes; or any other conduct the Operator reasonably determines constitutes bad-faith exploitation of a promotional offer.
Unclaimed or unused bonus funds are subject to expiry as specified in the relevant promotional terms. phsuper will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor their active bonuses and expiry dates within their phsuper account dashboard.
All casino games offered on the phsuper platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, table games, and fishing games — are provided by certified third-party game developers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and published Return to Player (RTP) percentages have been independently tested and certified by internationally recognized gaming testing laboratories.
Live dealer games streamed on phsuper use physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers in certified studios. phsuper does not control the outcome of any live dealer game; outcomes are determined by physical randomness and independently monitored by the game providers and relevant regulators.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection during a live round, or technical error that results in an ambiguous outcome, the affected round shall be declared void and any stake placed on that round will be returned to the Player's phsuper balance. phsuper's technical team decision on game malfunction outcomes is final after review of server logs.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phsuper platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:
phsuper reserves the right to withhold any funds from accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct pending investigation. Amounts associated with fraudulent activity, abuse, or Terms violations are not subject to the player fund segregation protections described in Section 5.2.
phsuper collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, KYC verification, gameplay, payment processing, and customer support. The collection, use, storage, and protection of Player personal data is governed by phsuper's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy.
phsuper processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines) and the regulations promulgated thereunder by the National Privacy Commission. phsuper will not sell, rent, or transfer Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own commercial purposes without the Player's explicit consent, except where required by law or regulatory order.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phsuper's aggregate liability to any individual Player arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phsuper is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the phsuper platform, including but not limited to losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device hardware or software failures, game disconnections, or changes in Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations that affect platform availability.
In the first instance, Players who wish to raise a dispute regarding any phsuper transaction, game outcome, bonus, or account decision must contact phsuper's customer support team via the live chat function or support email. phsuper will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 24 hours and aim to provide a final decision within seven business days. If a Player remains dissatisfied following phsuper's internal resolution process, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's prescribed complaint channels.
phsuper reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon account closure for any reason other than confirmed fraud or Terms violation, phsuper will return the Player's verified account balance to their registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or material Terms violation may have their balances forfeited subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
A Player may request voluntary closure of their phsuper account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five business days, during which time no new deposits will be accepted to the account.
phsuper reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments — meaning changes that materially affect Players' rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address or mobile number at least seven days prior to taking effect, except where a more immediate change is required by law, regulatory direction, or PAGCOR instruction, in which case the change may take effect immediately upon notice.
Non-material amendments, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information, may be made without advance notice and take effect upon publication on the phsuper website. The version of these Terms currently published at phsuper.vip/terms-conditions constitutes the operative version for all active accounts.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, Republic Act No. 9487 (as amended), the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, and Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Player's use of the phsuper platform that is not resolved through phsuper's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila, Philippines.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit phsuper's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of phsuper's proprietary rights or confidential information.

These Terms aren't just legal text — they define the specific protections and standards that every phsuper Player benefits from.
Your phsuper balance is held in accounts that are separate from the Operator's own business funds. PAGCOR regulations require this. Your ₱ balance cannot be used to cover phsuper's operational costs.
The 21+ minimum age requirement isn't optional on phsuper. KYC document review and active monitoring are used to enforce it — protecting both underage individuals and the regulatory standing of the platform.
Every game on phsuper uses independently certified RNG systems. RTP percentages are published and verified. No game outcome on phsuper can be manipulated by the Operator.
phsuper processes Player data under the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. Player personal information is not sold to third parties. All data handling complies with NPC regulations.
phsuper commits to a defined dispute resolution timeline — acknowledgment within 24 hours, resolution within seven business days. Escalation to PAGCOR is always available as a final step.
Self-exclusion, deposit limits, session timers, and loss limits are all built into the phsuper account dashboard. These tools are referenced and protected under these Terms — the Operator must honor all self-exclusion requests.
phsuper isn't an offshore operator with no accountability. It's a PAGCOR-regulated platform with published terms, segregated funds, certified games, and a formal dispute process. That matters for Filipino players.
